The prince of flamenco in Albi on November 6

The Flamenco pour tous association will start its season 2021 – 2022 in style. On November 6, she invites a flamenco cuadro (dance, guitar vocals and percussion) to perform at the Cantepau neighborhood house.

And the star of the evening will be… a Frenchman, in the person of “Lucas el Luco”. “At only 20 years old, Lucas Lalanne imposed himself in the very closed world of flamenco”, presents the Albigensian association.

“To realize his dream, he worked hard: he developed a passion for flamenco at 11 years old and at 18 years old, he flew to the flamenco capital, Seville, where he studied with a renowned teacher. Very quickly, Lucas Lalanne won the biggest flamenco competitions. Recently, his career took off. The young dancer was selected this summer by “Tierra de talento” the equivalent Spanish from the program “Incroyable talent”. He impressed the Spaniards with his audacity and finished finalist among a thousand candidates. “

For his first date in France, the Tarbais will perform in Albi. “The Flamenco Pour Tous association is happy to be supporting the promises of young talents once again. A strong flamenco moment awaits us”, concludes the association.
