Published on

Under the baton of Nissim Arditti, the Divertimento string orchestra, composed exclusively of amateurs, accompanied, with great emotion, Patrick’s trumpet class Pages, musician and teacher at the Montauban conservatory, twenty trumpeters, some of whom were on stage for the first time.

Most of them very young students, girls and boys, and the most seasoned soloists, such as Roman for whom it was his first concert, Baptiste on the bugle and Quentin on the trumpet, accompanied by his mother on the transverse flute. Agn├Ęs Laroche, guitar teacher, and two of her students also made their strings vibrate for the interpretation of the music of a famous Western. The surprise was the soprano Eugenie who performed with talent a very beautiful classical piece and was much applauded. The evening ended with the famous music of Astor Piazzolla “Liber tango”.

The room was full and the audience delighted.
