Created only a few weeks ago, the association La Fabrik’A’Zic’m setting up music lessons which will start from the first week of October .

Responding to a strong demand from the local rural population, this association offers lessons in piano, drums, guitar, cello, brass (trumpet, trombone, tuba), accordion , but also theater and musical awakening workshops for the youngest.

With the intervention of a turntable virtuoso

The founders of Fabrik’A’Zic also innovate by calling on a turntable virtuoso who has become an emblematic figure of the Toulouse scene: DJ Mayday, who has performed with Big Flo & Oli in particular, and who in all humility offers to pass on his passion and his knowledge to young and old alike, by learning mixing, scratch and computer-assisted music (MAO) techniques.

Alain Iches, mayor of Parisot, meets hears about this great initiative and renews by this occasion its support for the associative life of its municipality: “Today, more than ever, it is essential to bring and promote culture within our territories. This is the daily ambition of the volunteers of this association, accompanied by the best teachers in a friendly atmosphere and accessible to all, their motto being: pleasure to play, to share and to transmit their passion. After this long period of confinement, we need to regain the dynamism and attractiveness of our small rural town. We will punctuate the village throughout the year, and offer in addition to the other very active associations in Parisot, new perspectives of cohesion around common values. In 2021 more than ever, let us have the audacity of culture, of youth and the wisdom of experience. Let us be proud of our village, of its dynamic past and of its ability to move forward. The future is not what will happen but what we will do with it “.
