The No Name bar-restaurant was full on Friday evening. And for good reason, the two candidates from Occitanie of the program “L’amour est dans le Pré” were present for a special evening. Delphine, arborist in Tarn-et-Garonne, had indeed made the trip at the invitation of Jean-François, the breeder of sheep from Haute Ariège. “We have become friends since our meeting in Paris, underline the two farmers. We get along very well.” And Delphine is happy in Ariège. A few months ago, she was also present at the Barguillère fair alongside Jean-François. “I love Ariège, I wouldn’t be against the idea of even moving,” quips the arborist. A beautiful evening therefore, at No Name, where the mystery has remained intact since the two candidates will discuss the results of their adventure, this Monday evening, on M6.
Under construction since now almost two months, the avenue du Général-Leclerc soon finished getting a makeover. Alternating traffic has been lifted since last week, the Ariège departmental council having repaired the roadway. It now remains to draw the signage on the ground, on the one hand, that of the roadway, and above all, that of the future greenway. As a reminder, the purpose of this work is to create a link to the greenway which leads to Vernajoul then to Saint-Girons. These works, which will be carried out “when the weather permits”, will require, during the intervention, to return to traffic in alternating mode. Once completed, the axis will be reopened to traffic normally.
